Falmouth's exceptionally mild climate makes a Spring or Autumn holiday
most enjoyable.
Falmouth offers two resorts in one:
North East:
The north east side of Falmouth offers a town full of history and
picturesque narrow streets. It is also home to one of the world's
largest natural deep-water harbours where you can sail, fish and
take many pleasure boat tours to the River Fal, St Mawes and the
nearby Helford River, home of Daphne du Maurier.
Falmouth Harbour is renowned for the Tall Ships Race and The
National Maritime Museum.
South Side:
The south side is home to four lovely beaches to relax, swim or
explore rock pools or, for the more energetic, diving and wind surfing.
There are amazing walks through sub tropical gardens and to Pendennis
Castle.
