The Trevaylor is owned and run by Mike and Pat Sleeman. They have created a homely and comfortable, non-smoking, guest house in the heart of Falmouth, Cornwall, providing easy access to the town itself and the rest of Cornwall, including the fantastic beaches of St Ives or the great shopping in Truro.

Purpose built large ground floor accommodation, incorporating: wheelchair friendly ramped entrance/exit. Wide corridors and doorways. Large specially equipped wheelchair or walk-in level floored en-suite shower room.

The Trevaylor is a detached guest house with lovely sea views, overlooking Falmouth Bay, a sheltered stretch of water famed for it's safe sailing. The Guest House is minutes walk from Swanpool Beach, where you can surf, play golf and enjoy evening meals on the terrace of The Three Mackerels Bistro, watching the sun set over the sea.

Gyllyngvase Beach is just a 3 minute walk away and the Princess Pavillion offering a wide variety of music and shows during the summer and free nightly entertainment in the picturesque Biergarten.

The Biergarten's attractive enclosed gardens are open all day for your enjoyment and relaxation.

The Falmouth town centre and fascinating harbour together with The National Maritime Museum are within 10 minutes walk from the Trevaylor Guest House.
